The mother most likely killed the son but the fact that she doesn't directly states that. Showes what an Evil person she is may she suffer in hell for eternity.
I don't agree with what she did but can understand where her mind was he kept threatening to take her son u can't do that to a mother who luvs her son and can't live without him they should just had joint custody peacefully this is sad tho and very confusing I feel bad for him too tho for what she did
He holds onto hope out of genuine hope for his safe return but you can tell even through it all he is defending his wife even in death. He loved them and watched his world fall apart around him without any warning.

If u listen closely @ the 4:30 🕟 mark James (the father), like most fathers would, discussed and was provided very important facts and suggestions by top psychologists, kidnapping experts and professionals regarding children abductions. Without them we would of never EVER figured out that if she was going to take Timothy’s life… she would take Timothy’s life first THEN HERS!!!! WOW 😮 🤠this is why it’s important to get all valuable and expert information before jumping into conclusions!!! Seriously I must admit I would of thought that if she was going to for sure kill Timothy she would kill herself first then she would of killed Timothy!!!! Obviously he is manipulating everything and every one. He could have just old his wife the night before to pick up the son for literally any excuse of a reason and she did that and then he brought them there and killed them and literally just did this. Listen to what the Dad Said , he told his wife “ you want to be with your ex, I’ll take custody of our son and you can go be with him†…. The last thing she was going to allow was for her husband to take their son away and I can almost guarantee that’s why things turned out in the way that they did ðŸ˜â€
On another note, what I don’t understand is how there was surveillance of her in the hotel with her son but none at all for the days she was there ðŸ¤â€
