2. Hypothetically, lets say she IS innocent. If i were the most hated person alive, everyone thought i murdered my daughter, were facing capital punishment… knowing the jury would (in all likelihood) convict me.. i would throw every last card i had on the table to try and defend myself. Why carry yourself almost to the gallows when you can get less with child neglect? At very least, people would think you're incredibly irresponsible, instead of a child killer.

19. The grandmother says possibly Caylee was given a drug to make her sleep so Casey could go out and party but instead it killed her. If that was the case please explain the duct tape that was wrapped around her entire head and mouth when they found the body.
