Bodycam footage shows an irate Alabama man yelling at Florida police while being detained after an alleged fight with a tow truck driver on June 28. The Panama City Beach Police Department said 27-year-old Derek Burnette became aggressive and banged his head on the wall of a patrol car and transport van. Burnette was arrested on disorderly conduct charges and released with a notice to appear in court. He was found dead two days later in a ditch from what authorities believe to have been a hit-and-run. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie has the details.
