Notorious serial killer Dennis Rader, known as BTK, told Katherine Ramsland that he predicted the exact profile of Gilgo Beach murder suspect Rex Heuermann. Ramsland, a serial killer expert and professor of forensic psychology, said Rader believes Heuermann is a clone of him in every way.
