2. I believe josh waring did this, expecting his mommy's money to get him off. More likely they were both involved in planning it. His mommy says he only has play guns, but when he pulls guns on several people, I'm sure he wasn't bringing a knife to a gun fight to pull on someone.

22. If Goldstein has immunity from a previous case then he knows he can easily get away with this crime. Don't understand why he wasn't interrogated when he was also present during that time when a victim gave specific accounts of what happened and what he saw and then changes his story, I mean, something just does not add up here….

25. Why go to a house in the first place you know you know welcome at for one. Second, if you were just delivering a cell phone, you could have had the person meet u up the street to avoid problems. Third, they get into an altercation and instead of staying AWAY from the scene, you and your friend return in seperate cars. WHY!!! Josh was the one they had an issue with, not the friend so either Josh came back shooting or either they left and hatched a quick plan for the other guy to shoot. Either way, they came back to an already volatile scene fora "cell phone" in 2 different cars. So many questions…

31. Yes I agree he's been in alot of trouble for many years. However, I firmly believe he's innocent. The Police are definitely hiding alot of things. The Police have definitely set him up. Laurie has done everything possible in the past to help her Son. I was proud when she had decided to practice tough love years ago. My brother was an addict for many years and it destroyed our family. I've lived alot of what she went through. My parent's was always bailing him out of jail etc. I continually told them to leave him in there bit they wouldn't. Unfortunately noe my brother has paid for his addiction greatly. He's been clean over ten years but his health the addition took. He battled cirrhosis and had a liver transplant in November of 2018. Three months ago we found out his kidneys are failing. He's on dialysis. Last month he advised me he has cirrhosis in his new liver. He's been through hell for at leave five years now. Drugs lead you no where but to destruction.

32. Has Lauri bailed him out since Josh was attacked in jail?

33. If prosecutors don’t call Goldstein to testify, can’t the defense? Get him on the stand and let the jury hear Goldstein plead the fifth.
