33. I think the officer overstepped his authority. She had no obligation to identify herself. It's a simple traffic stop. She should have told him, 'I'm not identifying, I'm getting out and walking away.' Then she should have told him that no, you cannot search me or my bag. I have disdain for LE when they overstep their authority.
