26. THE CLERK DON'T CARE IF THE CARD WAS STOLEN. HE JUST WANTS THE MONEY BUT SINCE THE CARD WAS STOLEN, HE HAS TO REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO THE CARD AND EAT THE LOSS BECAUSE THE SUSPECT WILL NEVER PAY. THIS IS WHY U HAVE TO BE CAREFUL IN VERIFYING ALL THE INFO RATHER THAN BE EXCITED TO MAKE A SALE.
