  1. ❤️🇺🇸 The thin blue line on our American flag uniting police and law enforcement is a defacement of the flag and a flag violation it is no different than having a flag with a thin brown line on it uniting dog fuckers of America‼️👍🏻✌🏻😎

  2. Sue the absolute hell out of the entire department. Their "investigation" always finds nothing. That is obviously 'how he was trained' and the only answer to that is to make the local force pay through the nose until they change policy. Bankrupt the city if necessary.

  3. So he's had so many concussions we won't trust him to bash onto other people anymore but we'll trust someone with so many head injuries with the publics safety and freedom. That's logical

  4. This is happening too often. And the really messed up thing about this is that the charges star on your reccord whether you are found innocent or guilty. The police couldnt care less.

  5. I hope someone will educate the young man on his rights. He did good confronting the thugs, but he should learn his rights and use them.

  6. I've had this happen too. I just don't understand why they keep going and going when they dont have any evidence at all…. and they could be doing something productive….

  7. Exactly why we must ALL teach our families friends and children that cops are DANGEROUSLY IGNORANT AND WILL RUIN OUR LIVES BECAUSE OF THERE STUPIDITY AND PURE UNCONTROLLABLE EGOS AND FEELINGS !! These are absolutely dangerous “people” with badges and guns and ZERO KNOWLEDGE OF RIGHT AND WRONG OR COMMON SENSE these cowards hurt more people than they will EVER HELP

  8. Subjective tests should never be admissible in court. Only thing that should matter is a blood or breath test. Anything else is way to vulnerable to corruption or bias.

  9. The kid knew he did nothing wrong and didn't kiss the cop's ass . The cop's ego exploded and he went on a " contempt of cop " fishing trip . Nothing but an ego case goof cop more that willing do anything to fuck up the kid's life to satisfy his hurt feelings and bruised ego .

  10. I don't why everyone is so surprised. This is typical cop behavior! They make false accusations one after the other to see what might stick even though the suspect is innocent. Cops don't care; they're trying to get the award for the most arrests at the end of the year.

  11. The kid did not have red eyes, they were not watery, he never slurred his speech, he passed the field sobriety test, blew .000 and gave the officer LITERALLY NO REASON to suspect impairment. The sad thing is that the cop would be better serving the community doing ANYTHING else other than harassing a clean cut appearing kid who's only fault was driving with his brights with a burnt out headlight (using brights in an attempt to be safe). I seriously can't believe the cop was inventing reasons to arrest the kid.

  12. As you can hear the victim is friendly but the stupid officer wants to incarcerate him for a DUI . Never ever help the police their friendly question do not help you just tell them you will remain silent. We citizens are only 43venue to these clowns

  13. Here's the perfect video to prove that field sobriety tests are unreliable due to cops' biases. A reasonable person can easily see that this dude was NOT impaired. The kop reveals his bias here by saying the dude is "kind of a smart ass". Even more tellingly, he lies twice to his supervisor/fellow kop by 1. saying that the dude walked off line in the sobriety test and 2. saying that he the dude said no when he asked if he wanted to do a drug influence evaluation (when if fact the dude initially said yes but then objected when they told him they would be taking him to the station for that evaluation.)
