Another prefect example of why America and states should abolish qualified and complete immunity so citizens who's rights are violated can have proper redress against the state and federal officers/ actors who violate their rights and the paychecks will come from the offending officers and not the innocent citizens.of the communities.

August 25TH 2022, Tucson AZ Constable Deborah Marinez – Garibey was KILLED in the line of duty…LMAO. August 22nd 2022, Oklahoma City OK Sgt Bobby Swartz was KILLED in the line of duty…LMAO Remember this, murder victim Amir Locke was murdered due to overreaching police policies. Murder victim George Floyd was murdered due to overreaching police policies. Murder victim Breonna Taylor was murdered due to overreaching police policies. Death to tyranny, and long live the Constitution.

When will they ever learn that WE HAVE RIGHTS that regardless of what they think we did that THEY MUST respect. The very FIRST thing they swore an oath to. No warrant, no investigation as to the commission of a crime they jump straight to GUILTY until proven innocent. These are the types of officers that need to be FIRED and CHARGED with the crimes and civil rights violations they commit on the citizens at large.
