    Mental health can be a tough thing to talk about because people can/will use it as a crutch or a blank check to do and say ANYTHING. It's used as a cover for people to justify being a terrible, insufferable and difficult person. Yes sometimes people's poor mental health is a causality on them being a terrible person but they still need to be held accountable for their actions, they still need to make amendments when they've wronged someone and people need to stop enabling/coddling them.
