Lomita Sheriff Deputies have a car pulled over in San Pedro on western. I walk up and see a woman sitting on the curb, and assume they have someone in the back. They had 3 people detained in the back of the cars. Deputy Salcedo calls it being proactive, I say being a part of the community, working with youth so they dont resort to crime when they are older, that is proactive…not detaining a car full of innocent people, hoping to make criminals out of them….Thanks for watching, please like share and SUBSCRIBE!
