2. How is it possible to "break the chain of evidence" & mute an admissible piece of evidence. It can always be redacted, anything that is inadmissible in court. It just doesn't make sense that muting is an option on their cams to begin with. Who thought it would benefit citizens 🤔 🙄 IT SHOULD NOT BE ADMISSIBLE IF IT WAS TAMPERED WITH or muted.
