Crazy how this dumb officer never thinks to reholster his weapon after the suspect was shot and handcuffed. instead he has his sidearm pointed down but still facing his co workers flagging them… If someone is cuffed especially if they are also shot, always put your weapon away before something nearby startles you or you panic when suspect tries to move and you accidently shoot someone else including your partner.

7. I think what really needs to happen is we step UP the game on equipment for police and when they have KNOWLEDGE of the whole scope of the situation. We should expect them to be armed with a 40mm BATON round that packs a PUNCH. So that way we aren't just executing people on the spot. Had this been a surprise attack. All bets off. Glass em. But when they have knowledge ahead of time to the situation. They should be required to use something that knocks them down good.

20. Damn there are a lot of these incidents involving family calling the cops and ending up with a dead family member. It's heartbreaking. Mental illness is certainly a thing nowadays and killing a lot of us.

26. a shot in the leg????? no, 6 bullets to the body… No other Western country does this, none… but that being said, no other Western country doesn't have voter id laws – so what do you expect when cultural entertainment is your main export to the world. These are great to watch, why we all watch them right… to see people get shot for entertainment and then say comments like, oh the Mum. 27. Wow… I'm pro police, but the cop's rapid fire was excessive. I know a taser would have been ineffective with his winter clothing, but they could have deescalated more. He fired like he was at the range showing off how fast he can shoot. Completely unnecessary.

32. I don't understand what the rush is; shoot him once or twice and then give him a second to reconsider his bullshit. If that fails, shoot him a few more times. I count at least eight shots in that salvo. I'm not one to bash police for this type of shit, but fuck, he's an old man. If you're that scared of being stabbed, don't go into law enforcement.
