3. The cops only ligit reason for wanting this pulled is this is something that is repeated over and over. And it provides a reason to arrest and those passing through a small town no their rights but end up paying a fee for being arrested illegally . They can quickly make it into two charges failure to identify and resisting.
   The cop was caught in this game he was playing. And utube may go along with it.
   As civil rights groups went to several small towns along major highways, and checked out reports of people getting multiple tickets and violation of city ordinance in and the facts supported the allegation as the town was profiting off the speed traps to the tune of 200k a year
   And over a five year period brought in 3 million in fines and fees . The fact is all fines and fees where those that had out of state plates.
