The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the individual, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as a person of interest in the ongoing investigation into the shooting deaths of three (3) individuals and wounding of twelve (12) additional victims on South Street on Saturday, June 4th, 2022.
