  3. In California threatening someone with a taser in a way that isn't self defense in nature is a crime. Whoever hired that fatbody guard is begging for a huge lawsuit because that ignorant clown will act on his ignorance at some point and hurt someone. And oddly the cops in this video are the ones that passed the audit! Good for them.

  21. You really have to listen to the end of this video when the cop says if the security guard thought he was doing the right think telling a person
    to get off the public sidewalk and used the threat of a taser to get him to leave, it's not a crime.

  31. That was definitely an assault and victim should definitely try to sue the security guard and his company. Security companies in CA are required to have 1 million dollars of insurance. The security guard doesn't have qualified immunity, a powerful Police Union, the DA in their back pocket, personal relationships with judges, etc.

  34. See this is why I couldn't be an auditor. It would have taken me about 5 seconds before I scared the living shiit out of the security guard.

    He would have quickly felt like he was in physical danger.

  36. Any Fool is free to die for whatever form of stupidity they like. In fact, they'd be doing the world a HUGE favor if they choose to do so, faster.
    Security amuse the hell out of me, but I don't have (nor do I care to obtain) the patience in dealing with any of them who try acting bigger than their britches/the actual law(s) permit.
