OR, simple recognition at the next commission meeting, for excellent criminal identification, tracking and positive identification of a criminal element, which could certainly we used in future training….   34. The police didn't say, "Stop you are under arrest." They say "Stop or you are going to get hurt." That really sums up policing in the usa.

  35. I know that a lot of defensive and offensive driving courses teach this tactic. Atleast the one I went through in the Army did, something about access control and staggered cover. Still they should have moved after the suspect was secured to keep the subject safe as well… nevermind just another case of pigligence
