  1. This man has a strong case and will win with a good lawyer…(and I am sure, there are existing case studies on situation such as this). Firstly, he was in the lottery pool for 6yrs with the same payment arrangement..and they accepted it. Secondly, the text messages were not specific to state "pay now or you will not receive funds upon winning"..they were all joking around as friends, which indicate normalcy among the players. Thirdly, I suspect, they did not have a concrete agreement regarding terms for winning…and Lastly, they did not give him notice to leave the pool; therefore..he is still in it thus entitled his portion of the winnings. Lesson learn.."don't be greedy, because you will lose in the end"..in this case with legal fees!!😒

If I were them, I would settle now and avoid going to court, because they will be responsible for his legal fees. #dummies

  2. It's in writing. But he also didn't keep up with the terms of the agreement by not paying in when he was supposed to. So while it would be nice if they gave him something since he did pay into the pool, albeit not by the terms, they should give him something. But since he breached their agreement, I don't feel like they're obligated to pay him.

  3. CTG don’t know nun he definitely has a case he put the 10 in plus they also agreed that if they win it can be taken out the winnings so he’ll definitely win that case

  4. Nope, the group that didn't give him his winnings gets the Donkey of the day. Those text is his contact.

Judges love text, DM and FB messages

  5. If I don't get mine 😎it's Bucket list time😂🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣😂naw seriously I would let God handle it…so I can watch them go from 0 to a 100 and then back to 0🤣😂🤣😂😎

  6. He got down from those texts it sounds like. He should’ve just put his money in but I’ll be honest, I think the group seen that money and got greedy.

  7. He has a case. The text message is a binding contract and they agreed to have him participate and deduct it from his winnings.

  8. Congratulation, Phillip, 'cause you're gonna get your money!
The true donkeys are his 'friends', obviously, especially since those dumbas$es are going to lose even more dough on lawyer fees.

  9. I think he’s owed if he always pays it back and he’s been part of the group for 6 years give that man his damn money.

  10. CTG is very ignorant when it comes to the law! Lol everything is in writing ✍️ he’s going to win!!

  11. He is not entitled. He did not make his last payments. Those text messages were for jokes to keep the mood light. He should’ve paid his $40.00. Prior to them winning. Business is business.
