1. Seems to me if you live in America and theres a cop approaching you, the safest possible thing is to shoot first

2. Typical person doesn't want to stop to talk to police so police try to make up excuse and demand you stop and interact with them.

This is the same thing that happened in Michigan where a POS murderer cop stop a guy for tags on his car… cop started to fight with him, had control of him but still shot him in the back of the head! I really don't know what the answers are for these murders but the justice system is not for the American citizen at all and protects the criminal blue gang!! How is it that this POS sub human low life pig is not in jail? Why is he above the law or constitution? It's just sickening that this POS cop is ALLOWED to murder someone just because he ran and nothing will happen to him!!! JUST SICKENING!

11. Reminds me of the Daniel Shaver incident where two policemen executed an unarmed man who was on his knees, crying and begging for his life while his wife looked on helplessly. Both of them got away with it securing their pensions and I think one of them may have gotten a settlement for PTSD afterward. Oh, and it was all on not one but two body cams. The police are a rogue state with which there is no possibility of justice.

12. The cop walks up to him and says there’s no gun over there. The cop obviously shot himself when he unholsted his weapon, that would be my guess.
