Covington, Kentucky — The Cincinnati Police Department released body camera video from the officer-involving shooting that resulted in the death of 20-year-old Ali Coulter. Cincinnati Interim Police Chief Teresa Theetge said that officer Charles Knapp and police specialist Mark Longworth are the two officers who fired their guns, shooting 20-year-old Ali Coulter. Officers Knapp and Longworth were part of a fugitive apprehension team that went to Kentucky to speak with Coulter’s mother on Monday.

When the officers approached the house, Coulter came outside with a loaded handgun and refused to drop it despite being ordered to do so. Video of the incident shows Knapp entering the backyard of the residence when Coulter flees, jumping over a wooden fence. Officers then confronted him in the front yard of another house ordering Coulter several times to drop his weapon. A still from the bodycam footage shows Coulter with a gun in his hand. Both officers fire their weapons at Coulter and repeat their orders to throw away his weapon. The officers secured the scene and then started to render aid to Coulter. Coulter ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

  1. How much you wanna bet that the next thing on the news is gonna be this guys family who are gonna be hating on the police and lying about what happened

  2. And like in every other example, googling the deceased individuals name leads to the typical family complaints saying he did nothing wrong.

  3. I was so rooting for him to get over the fence. The looser seemed to teleport thru it like Nightcrawler

  4. Officer Longworth needs some time at the gun range. Holding the gun one handed like he's some sort of gunslinger, and the officer with the shield from Longworth's perspective needs the same. Holding the gun like he's some gangster. What in the hell..

  5. Hey let's hear it from the peanut gallery. He shouldn't have shot him. Comply and drop the gun you wouldn't have got shot buddy!!!

  6. Did the 2nd officer really need to fire, when the first had already shot 5 or 6 times? And that last hit when he was already going down was like a kill shot.

  7. That's the first time that dog barked at someone and they continued onto the property. You could see how confused the dog looked when they cops didn't just leave.

  8. "There is no reason to run!" … I beg to differ there are a couple reasons to run away, escape the possible penitentiary incarceration, survive without mag dump, and freedom to carry my firearm still

  9. No reason for that second cop to shoot, suspect was already on his way to the ground, unfortunately some cops are trigger happy, not saying suspect didn't deserve getting shot but why shoot that many, one or two and assess the situation if possible.

  10. These are the REAL street soldiers. We would still have Andy Griffiths if the criminals were still like Otis. But the game has changed.

  11. Sometimes I wonder why I watch this shit all the time but then I realize these officers actually live it in real life every single day.

  12. The stupid cops on the left just pointing their guns right at the officers going to help the guy they just shot, like I swear no one ever thinks about crossfire

  13. Even when it’s as clear cut as this, the “they still shouldn’t have shot him” folks still manage to try to make their case. Astounding.

  14. Wow at no point did he point t the gun . Thought police in their finest . "I saw a gun because I thought he would shoot at me" I get it , but imagine he was going to surrender his weapon . Innocent until proven guilty. In a country where you can carry gun .anyone with a gun you treat them as a killer. And shoot first. Something not working , laws ,control of your policing. I understand that cops wants to stay safe. So it must be some

  15. With dozens of examples out there they all have a 2 common threads. One they fail to listen to commands and secondly they are people who shouldn't have guns at all. I mean the outcome is the same no matter who the person is.
