The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help:
The police are investigating a shooting incident inside a bar in West Philadelphia. It happened on February 11th, 2022, inside El Toro bar at 898 Belmont Avenue. Shortly after 10:30 PM, a fight breaks out inside the bar between two men. During the altercation, a third man, the offender, intervenes by pulling out a silver and black handgun and striking the one man on the side of his head, causing the gun to discharge. The gunman then leaves scene. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect exits the bar after the shooting and walks westbound on Westminster Street towards 43rd Street.
