  5. He was coming from an area where criminal shenanigan's had stopped from and the cop just let him go?? Shenanigan's require a serious investigation. Florida 901.51 uh oh, sounds like numbers, I can't number. You're free to go. Sargent, I did let shenanigan's suspect go because he kept saying smart stuff and smart stuff confuses me.

  32. ALWAYS KNOW THE STATUTES PEOPLE.
    NO cop has any law training, that's why they always mock our YouTube Degrees.
    Their only next step is to call backup or a supervisor because they have nothing left but to escalate.
    You can't lose by knowing the law, only they can. Cops can, and are expected to lie 100% of the time, and that's actually really good, because they think that that covers them in court, the one place where it is absolutely not allowed for any reason, even officer safety. They can't change their lifestyle for court. : )
