4. The cops in Louisiana all think that you most ID if they ask you. (Super corrupt state) but Louisiana penal code 215.1.A says you must show ID if you are either be suspected of committing, have committed or about to commit a crime. No crime,No Identification.

7. One main thing I see in policing is how they waste public tax dollars. When they arrest people and when they write tickets. Where do all these people end up, in court. How many of these cases they make get thrown out of court costing taxpayers MILLIONS and maybe even BILLION of dollars each year. Most of the time police know they don't have a case, but the powers they possess allow to do this. Because at any time and for any reason police have the power to arrest you and maybe or not be held accountable for their action if it turns out to be they were wrong. Along with qualified immunity, internal affairs, and the fact they can legally lie. Police reform? A total over haul is needed. In this day and age with everyone having cell phones with cameras. The corruption in policing is now being seen and still being denied. Reform is like teaching a old dog new tricks. The house needs to be torn down and rebuilt and given less powers and a true understanding of the CONSTITUTON.
