3. In the days of old, the county sheriff would gather some of his buddies and they'd call it a "lynching". I see little difference between what they did to Mr. Bailey and a "lynching". A modern day beatdown by a gang of police, is tantamount to a licensed lynch mob. There MUST be civilian oversight of municipal, county, and state law enforcement agencies. Is it so difficult to draft legislation calling for such protection?
