  12. Cops get to just take you off the scene for a few hours to inconvenience you…. sure there might be a lawsuit, but do they care ? Seriously, who's pocket does this sort of arrest come out of ???

  13. So this officer do this on his own record, meaning the waffle house never complained so wrong…
    Pretty bad when an officer can arrest and or trespass somebody just because He or She doesn’t like what something is doing.

  15. The scene is controlled by the employees, not the customers. The cop was only a customer, it was not his call as to their activity

  18. People should call the district manager of waffle house for this area and ask him to refuse service to this snowflake cop.

  20. I would love to see the entire video the cop states we haven't seen enough of his activities on this video….a jury will determine if the arrest was correct and lawful not the cop
