  2. The man was at a bar. He knows he is intoxicated which is why he called an Uber and waited for it safely sitted, minding his own business. Where does the war officer (can't be called à peace officer) fit in this picture ? %

Except it’s private property why would anybody be investigated for sitting in a chair on private property I can sit in a chair in my yard all night long and watch the stars if I want I don’t have to identify do you have a buyer doesn’t mean anything it could be his bar they don’t have evidence that it isn’t or that he doesn’t have permission

  26. Every time I see this video I think, this this officer could not be a bigger dipshit. What a dipshit!
    Officer: Sir what are you doing on that bench provided by the establishment for people to sit on while waiting for a ride?
    Man: I'm waiting for my ride, I ordered an Uber?
    Officer: Excellent! Let me escalate this immediately, I shall put hands on you and then take away your freedom. (Handcuffed and held hostage in a police vehicle)
    Colorado does not have a law against being drunk in public. And…the law mentioned in this video was NOT the reason why the officer initiated contact. The man was never a danger to himself or others. The only one drunk and a danger to others was the officer drunk with power and ego.

  27. As citizens we're not allowed to be out in public. If a 🐖 sees us , it's their job to know what we're doing. This pains me to watch. Thugs extorting that man for his money. I have no problem with the cop checking on him. But once the guy said he has an uber. Either wait and make sure the uber pulls up or leave. Hell give the guy a ride home.

  29. That man did everything right. Enjoyed his life and freedom. Got wasted and refused to drive home. Got an uber and waited. Was treated like a criminal. Great police work.

  30. Sober cops can't figure out an app but this guy is a danger to himself according to them. Maybe the crazy left is right that we don't need cops cause they do not do real police work at all. Harassing and collecting nor serving and protecting!
