Sgt Dimmer, with the california highway patrol put his foot so far in his mouth it came out the other end and kicked himself in the ars.
Only bad CHP moment Ive had (other then the night with ricky and tom zebra, but that was us not them)
The officer at the end did the best, more cops and sheriff should take a note from him~
