The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 81-year-old Missing Person Loretta Stivender. She was last seen at 7:00 A.M., on Friday, August 10th, 2021, on the 65XX block of Limekiln Pike.
She was last seen wearing a pink night gown with blue flower print and white sneakers.
