INSANE GRANDPA RAGE !! COPS RESPOND !! Sedona Arizona – First Amendment Audit – Amagansett Press

U.S. Constitution NOT void where prohibited by law !!

We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. You should have asked that grumpy old man if he fought in any wars!? And if he said yes, ask what or who’s rights did he fight for!!! Or what oath did he take!! To him you’re dressed like terrorist!! lol. But wasn’t he dressed the same way??

  2. As much as you’d like to talk to Jason you had an opportunity to show some kindness to the man that approached you you love to hear yourself talk but yet if someone asks you what you’re doing you’re snarky and disrespectful to them. But yet you expect everybody else to show friendliness and respect to you. Do you not really understand that most people have jobs and to go around filming adult men coming and going from the post office is just really odd and weird. Can’t you ever look at someone else’s perspective and just show a little compassion and respect

  3. Jason…
Hello it's Jason,,I've been following you for years,,,
This video has felt great wisdom, with your narrative statements…
I've been depressed , I've been lonely, bit how you say things make me happy

  4. I will never understand why people get freaked out over a camera?? 99% of people are not celebrities, no one cares about you , your video appearance is like dust in the wind!!

  5. You guys should go to Gilbert AZ. If you look at any of the reviews of interaction with police or the court it’s just totally a problem every time no matter what you’re doing so I’d be excited to see you go to a post office or something in the town of Gilbert AZ.

  6. AP, I am with you and consider you to be among the literally handful of good auditors out there. Your type are few and far between. My struggle is maintaining the balance between the protections afforded by the constitution and today's reality, more in relation to people needing to mind their own business.
It's been 20 years since 9/11. Many of the sub-par auditors were more than likely babies then. Right after 9/11, we as a society exhibited great national pride and were extra vigilant. Times have drastically changed in Afghanistan within the last few weeks. Only time will tell what happens with the elements we fought. One thing that's certain is that America is disliked in many circles out there. I have heard auditors say that people with bad intentions will not present themselves in broad day light etc., with some going as far as pretending to be Muslim while antagonizing and expecting people to be silent. Perhaps true that some with bad intentions will not glaringly putting themselves out there, however the folks in caves and in other places that dislike us have access to youbube and other platforms prime for misguided copy cat activities.
Albeit suspicion activity is not a crime, how do we strike that balance between enjoying the protections, by minding our own business, and acting to preserve our safety and that of others?
    Constructive input welcome…

  7. With all the old, crazy drivers hitting the gas instead of the brakes, the bravest thing you've done this year so far is get in front of that old man's car! Please be more careful next time, LOL (kinda).

  8. 'Grumpy grampa' types are the absolute worst examples for millennials and even younger kids to observe. If this poor excuse for a human being is walking around half-triggered and he's usually NOT always half-triggered (giving him the benefit of the doubt he's not ALWAYS this way), then he should have used whatever wisdom he's accrued over his last 120 years (lol), and either just kept his trap shut or not even leave his house that day. Geez, count your blessings, Mister…I'm sure you reside in f*cking Sedona Arizona or at least very close to it, one of the most stunning, picturesque, and amazing parts of this whole country, and you cop a shit attitude on a father/son team just taking video, when even the COP said this is a pretty normal occurrence there anyway?? Get a life, while you still have one in your advanced years. I know grampa may not even read this haha…just sayin'.

  9. I love the new message "the secret no one told us is it's completely your choice to have a great day or a miserable day".

Needed to hear that today, many thanks.

  10. FYI, you said "Not taking the flag down at night, is not proper, obviously." Wrong, if it is kept illuminated, it is acceptable, to leave it out at night.
