Interesting to see this officer say it doesn't matter what it says the Constitution trumps, as I pointed out on the original video I looked up the ordinance and there's no uncertainty about it it absolutely makes the constitutionally protected right of filming in public illegal it doesn't apply to commercial only at all it clearly states absolutely any photographs video anything. They now know they issue one single ticket on that ordinance and the ordinance is going to be declared unconstitutional in court. What you saw the lady cop doing to Long Island audit they've been doing in the past and bullying people those days are soon over if not already.
