32. There is another guy Mr. White, i think, that turned on Philip to this. He has been arrested multiple times. One for trespassing on the police property, while clearly standing along the road. He was also arrested for holding a sign saying something like Fuck Corruption. Mr. White has been arrested at least 3 times in the last few months by these clowns.
