5 MIAMI COPS CHARGED WITH BATTERY – GOOD COPS TURN A BLIND EYE

Five Miami Beach police officers are facing criminal charges, accused of using excessive force during the arrests of two men at a local hotel last week.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle announced charges against Sgt. Jose Perez, and officers Kevin Perez, Robert Sabater, Steven Serrano and David Rivas at a news conference Monday.
The five officers have been charged with battery, a first-degree misdemeanor. Additional charges may follow, Rundle said.

  16. Every single cop on that scene should be charged and fired and banned nation wide from ever being a cop again. The assaulting cops should get 10 years in prison minimum without any special protection. The onlooker cops should all be charged for deriliction of duty. Its a damn good thing we all have cameras now and we are finally seeing what really goes on by these goons. They are jacked up on steroids with uncontrolled egos, and think they can just assault people at will, and are just itching to do it. These cops are no different than a street gang of thugs, when not a single cop attempts to stop the others from breaking the law. And without the cameras they would all just get away with this by lying their asses off first on the reports, and then willfully commit perjury under oath to cover their asses. Cops are all dangerous. They think they dont answer to anyone. And their ego is always at work. Think of all the times this happens and nobody sees it. Lock them up for 10 years and ban them from any public service job for life.
