The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 20-year-old Missing Person Jeffery Warren. He was last seen at 9:00 A.M., on Tuesday, July 27th, 2021, on the 11XX block of West Venango Street.
He is 6’3″, 180 lbs., thin build, dark brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans and black Crocs.
