The argument is that officers need qualified immunity to protect them from bogus and false accusations by a spiteful citizen. Isnt that what tyrants do to citizens all day every day? Example: Tyrant- "Sir you were speeding."
Citizen- "No I wasnt and I have a GPS that records my speed and I can prove that I wasn't."
