* I want to let you know upfront that although many parts of this video are hilarious, if you are looking for over-the-top sovereign citizen footage you won’t find all the latest legal wackery in this particular video. As shown in the intro, that unique brand of Sov Cit ‘logic’ sure is present, but in this particular incident it only emerges later on, serving as a bit of a wanting explanation for all the weirdness that precedes it.

  10. you cant be a sovereign and a citizen at the same time. a sovereign is self governing, a citizen is a corporate employee subject to corporate rules. common law = intend no harm, loss or injury. a sovereign is subject to the law, a citizen is subject to the law and government corporate policy and legislation. legislation is not law. there's a massive difference between legal and lawful.

  13. Poor Man was in the Military and blown up twice. He's on meds. He's in pain when He stands. His balance is impaired by His old injuries. He probably has PTSD. I have extreme skeletal damage. I never drink, do drugs or smoke. I can tell You I would fail those balance tests. I'm in extreme pain 24/7. I feel so sorry for this Man.

  23. At the beginning when the officer asked were he was coming from and he wouldn’t give the name just said a business. Of course he didn’t want to give the name of the business cause it was “Ye Olde Local Bar”!

    Jail. Fyi. Sign your ticket with a big FUCK YOU In cursive when you pay. They sure as hell will make a scene but you can say and sign whatever the fuck your want. Just keep your mouth closed and cause chaos. This guy def deserves a ticket but he seems like he really just wanted to get home.

  36. Defiantly refuses breathalyzer. Gives them blood so they can check for drugs too. These guys are BRILLIANT!

  39. How did Schrodingers Cat miss this one? He does a lit of commentary on SOVCIT's. About how uneducated they are about their admendment rights. He's got a good youtube channel. I will have to alert him on this.
