I've never seen a video of cops that were in shape and could actually catch the suspect. The one cop didn't run for even 1 minute and it sounded like he was going to die lol.

That black supervisor needs an attitude adjustment. He pulls up long after the action is over, talks to his officers like they're idiots, and doesn't even listen to them when they're explaining what happened. Fucking stupid.
