I just called Glendale pd(4the or 5th time) to talk about cobras arrest but also to talk about the man with dementia.. the turn signal fiasco and the lady cut me off and said she was just dispatch. If I needed police or the fire dept etc.. so I said to her " she should do the people of Glendale a service and tell them that they would be safer hanging up and handling the situation on their own!"
