  1. Paytel greased the right politicians palms and said politicians probably get a kickback by means of campaign contributions or stocks in the company for the exclusive rights to extort inmates and their families

  2. When someone is in jail and they have cash on them or someone puts money on there books all that money is pooled into 1 large account and interest accrues and is kept. How much profit is generated from that scam. How is that legal?

  3. The statement : stay safe ,Needs to be stricken from the English language, and should be replaced with: pay attention , As how can you stay safe if your not paying attention ! Most cops interpret " stay safe " with pulling their gun at a welfare check ? What is wrong with you people ! Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry Jerry

  4. JPay in Texas makes millions off jail phone and email messages with inmates and family, extorting outrageously expensive fees for their services. More expensive than any corded phone of the 1960s!

  5. Cops always suck each other off !! Fucking useless they just simply don't get it…. The entire system is FUCKED it's all about money and that's why they take care of their own cause they know a cop opening his or her mouth will bring them all down

  6. Nice job exposing the phone racketeering these "legal authorities" engage in. It was questionable in the past but now with cell phones and unlimited nationwide calling there's no legitimate excuse. They're profiting from people's misery by way of oppression. It disproportionately affects poor people as well.

  7. This thin Blue line gang banger bunch they're all so set in their ways that they don't actually even know the law anymore they just do what they do and they believe that's the law even though it's not.

  8. 7:34 The fucking look on his face when you answer his do you have one (a tint meter) question with "I sure do!". He looks like a 'sad face emoji'. He will never fall for that one again! Brilliant!

  9. No accountability. Here. They do what they want.🎥🎥🐷🐷🇺🇸🇺🇸

  10. They found cops dumber then the other. Three pigs.🐷🐷🐷🐷🎥🎥🎥✌✌✌

  11. Hi: It went from the '3 Stooges' to a small group of Thugs to a couple of clowns (even if friendly), as far as I'm concerned. Thank you for disclosing about the rigged phone system!
Take care & stay safe. ✌🏼

  12. "They called us because they saw you on the cameras and wanted us to SEE what was going on.". So, is there something wrong with your camera system that they could SEE us but not be able to SEE what is going on?

  13. Unbelievable that these guys are that bored and lazy not to work but to stock police officers. Something you would never qualify for. And if you want a cheap telephone rate stay out of jail. And there are extra work and charges in the system. Police can have window tint darker for many reasons. You dont consider the extra work or reason for the tint you cant be that dumb. Telephone charges for keeping track of that many accounts and individual transactions and the nessasary equipment.

  14. Paytel collects money for phone calls yet when they are released with money on the books Paytel does not send your money left over back.
