How is this case still going on? Smith v Cumming was decided in 2000, NINE YEARS prior to this incident.

How then can this COP say "In Florida, it is illegal for you to audio record me. I don't care if you take pictures, but you can't record my voice."

This case should be still ongoing and someone also needs to push for the judge to be stood down from the bar. Basically stems from a 1st amendment violation and the constitution states judges must lean in favor of the citizen whose rights were violated.
