Right there @6:03 the officer (blinky) made is perfectly clear that the media attention at that time was not favorable towards the police. So in other words, that makes it justifiable for officers to become tyrants and not accountable to follow the law if they are "upset" or "unloved" by the media!? I think someone should ask her if she is nervous or on drugs because her eyes blink way more than normal to us!
