First LAPD Officer had to be checked by Officer Swaim…..He was ticked off that 1. “he didn’t want me behind him” and 2. I didn’t give a shit what he wanted….so he was about to walk over to me with an F I card- part of me wishes he did- that would have been classic, but Officer Swaim (he “watches my videos…”) tells him to let it go….THEN SGT Doull the tool gets fresh with me- tries to claim HIPAA!! hahahahahha save it SGT! you should lose a stripe for that bullshit~Please thumbs up, share and subscribe

  2. Unnecessarily interfering with lawful police work. It was not a Rodney King beating and the officers were not attempting to hide legally accessible information. Way to aggressive with the police…not called for in my opinion.

  26. LE is respondible for maintaining the privacy of victims, witnesses and suspects unless that information is released by the public information officer under approved policy for that agency. I can't see why the officer wouldn't say , "Yup, an auto-ped" but they can't comment about things like victim conditions.
