On January 9th 2019 the city of hawk cove had their first council meeting since Otto freeman had been cited for an ordinance.
This city is operating under illegal circumstances with public records request, discovery rules, and even constitutional violations. They’re absolutely a typical backwoods community. What will happen in the community as they grow, the powers at be will have such a tight grip on the citizens that a revolt in the future will be even worse now.
They don’t even follow procedural rules of a typical council and the mayor doesn’t even know rules and is guided by a council member.

This is backwards, by issuing a permit you make the city liable. with no permit the city has no knowledge and therefore would not be responsible. this city is batshit crazy.
