The city of Deltona has created some difficulties for a citizen who has requested public records request See Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnJTgwNV9oo

Some of the difficulties led up to the citizen serving the city manager and city attorney with papers.

A city clerk came out ultimately hiding her face and not giving permission, citing Smith v cummings she decided it was ok.

I will keep you posted on the delivery of the records. This stemmed from the littering from the city manager

  12. Why would you want to make a complaint about Liz? Exactly how will your requests help you? Did you not get enough hugs as a child? Like I've said before, you are quite the fucktard harassing people just trying to do a job.

  16. One more thing – the ONLY delay allowed the custodian is the LIMITED time to retrieve, review and redact anything the CUSTODIAN asserts is exempt. The city will attempt to use the “reasonable conditions” as an excuse to delay production of public records. I’ll elaborate on that privately. You have a right to INSPECT the records upon DEMAND. So, that being said, go in on Monday, ask to INSPECT, not the number of requests, because that is not an existing record and would require the city to create a new record, but, the ACTUAL public records requests themselves. That will PISS them off royally. So ask to see ALL existing or open/unfulfilled requests or if you want, you can ask to see all requests for April. Make sure to state ALL, including any oral/verbal requests, email requests and written requests. They’re public records.

  17. Ever think of FOIA requests for security vidz (any random 8 hours) edit it down showing the City clerk's appearance in the vids then post it online?
    That should impede their insanity… just a thought

  18. They do this all the time trying to discourage you from making the complaint in the first place it’s just a bullshit run around they try first and most of the time it works
