I was acting as a backup for RN and covering a second angle for safety. The man in plaid decides that RN was filming him even though he wasn’t a discussion ensued and it ended peacefully, well we left and the guy stayed.

I have delt with defendants for years, and many of them had the same kind of thinking as your guy and lady with assumptions of what the law is without ever opening up a law book or read case laws, etc. But yet they know the law inside and out. So many people have that kind of thinking, which is very misplaced. In a way, it's sad to me anyway. Keep up the good fight.
