These officers need to realize that one charge can become a record, then become loss of job, then become hardship, homelessness, struggle, drugs, survival, dealers, theft, which in turn creates more and bigger crimes. People will do what they need to do to survive so once the police have tarnished a person with a charge officers are potentially spiraling this person into a down fall including their families, friends, everyone. Hate for police comes into effect, people get hurt and even killed. A year later you are arresting same person because of a robbery… Why… All because an officer created a false charge and arrested them a year ago. If your going to arrest someone have it be for something they did not something you made up. As for following someone and waiting for them to mess up…. There is not one person in this world who has never done something wrong. You can follow any one person, white, black, tan, tatoo's, green hair, red hair or even a god loving person and arrest them for something within a month. This is people's lives your fucking with not just a few months in jail. Dont make criminals. Combat crime with food, homes, shelter, rehabs, jobs, friendship, clean environments. Programs, etc…
