We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. Damn look at sgt. Bartleme a few months later pulling up on AP’s house to get on him about starting a yard sale 15 minutes earlier than the time allotted.

  2. It’s nice to see an in-shape officer… So many are allowed to get out of shape and sloppy looking. Not sure how they continue to pass the yearly PT evaluations…, I hope they all have them.

  3. I like your audits bro👍🏼 New subscriber all the way from Los Angeles. Keep up the good work. Be safe 👍🏼👌🏼

  4. Manning up to admit something when you're wrong or misinformed…
Something a lot of cops can't do sadly…

  5. Sgt. needs a promotion or maybe promoted and place in a training position to TRAIN other cops in his agency and other LEO agencies.

  6. Good to see a respectful, professional officer for a change. Too many corrupt pigs ruin it for the officers who have integrity.

  7. so there is no real threat or danger to the public, and they can't allow someone with a camera on the side of the road? because big scary machines are present? its people tripping on power who hate certain people with cameras, news stations never get this grief…

  8. :)),,just so ya know about your icon ,,, American Flag Etiquette, Rules, and Guidelines , How to Properly Display the American Flag , The flag should never be used for any advertising purpose,

  9. some of these comments suck. .the whole reason about these audits is to stop the corruption. .the bad cops start behaving them selves and actually follow the law. . they need to be held accountable too ..it's good when they are confronted with good will and peace of mind..and sometimes it's good just not getting confronted. .if that happens that's a PASS..cop did a good job..very professional. .and great audit bro..I've subbed to you..your always polite..but it seems like some people want you to be confronted by tyrants..but how cool would it be if there were no Tyrants. .wouldn't that be a lot more safer being out in public..than have to worry about how well your encounter with the police is going to be when they approach you. but yeah great audit bro..keep up the good work. .

  10. They only seem to do this road blockage out in amagesset. Never great neck port Washington Jericho etc

  11. As a fellow long islander who appreciates what you do,I want to clear up the facts if we are going to inform the public. First it’s VTL 1102. Not VAT. Second it applies to vehicles even though the actual wording doesn’t state so. But you can tell because 1 it is a VTL (vehicle and traffic law). And 2 its a 2 point offense. So there’s no way you can get points on your license walking. That street is open to pedestrians until they tape it off with fire or police tape plain and simple. Also you will see in your other video at the 22min mark the lady in the white pants was allowed to walk up the street. They only restricted you cause of your camera, a violation of your 1st amendment right of freedom of the press. Keep up the good work. Informing the public in these times is essential to the preservation of our natural born and protected rights.

  12. Copblocking and 1st Amendment activist are not anticops. Just anti bad cop. Second time you said that. Starting to sound like you are kissing ass.
