After she made her statement regarding Spielberg never having a female lead someone hollered The Color Purple and she immediately said 'Oh The Color Purple?, well there you go then I'm wrong." She immediately acknowledged The Color Purple as having a female lead but was unsure if Spielberg produced it. Thats when she began to question his involvement in the movie. If anything she made herself look silly for trying to throw Spielberg under the feminist bus. However, she did nothing racist in my opinion.
