We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear.   1. I'm pretty sure police do not need to be called for minor traffic accidents. Exchange insurance info and be on your way. If police show up, someone is getting a hefty fine.🚓🚔👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

  3. Love how cops up there double park. Or park in a turning lane in the wrong direction in another video. Just because they have lights doesnt mean they are above the law when there is another place to park out of the way.
    And as you said on a Saturday and Sunday there is more traffic. Even more of a reason to not park where traffic is flowing. Unbelievable.

  27. You are quite bold with your camera work. You get right up in their shit. Are you just trying to hear the exchange of words? Most of the auditors tend to stand well back. Just asking.
    I like the explanation you gave to the old gentlemen. But you may have explained to him that he didn't need to ID. But perhaps that best saved for another day since it was cordial.
    On another note, I'm glad that I no longer live in a place that gets an actual winter. Fuck not getting to hang out outside for 9 months…

  31. If he witnessed the incident, he can be compelled to ID. Besides, he might be another “Whitey Bulger” and the cop could make his career catching such a notorious bad guy.

  32. A question, here in the Netherlands, with such a small accident, we just fill in the insurance papers with each other, we can even do this with an app, works also for the whole EU.
    Then some pictures and no police needed, works greet and fast, insurance companies only ask for a police record when there are people getting injured, of course, police will be present then also.
    So i was asking myself if you always need to get assistence from the police with such a minor accident ?
