Officers gave Chase to some guys that ran into the building, two youths that live in the building were coming out & officers automatically assumed that they were the perps and illegally detained them for over 15 minutes before letting them go, however, the first responders that gave Chase had to see who the perps were in order to give Chase, but allowed other officers to detain 2 youths that weren’t part of it so that the Officers that gave Chase won’t look like an ass which they did anyway….I give thanks to my community for stepping up and providing me with this video.
