  1. It's not a domestic disturbance, it's 2 civilians, no need for the officer to engage, it's harassment complaint not a disturbance. The bearded guy started up again, if I were him, I wouldn't argue, one grab of the beard and is over.

  2. Man…I just want to hug this guy James……maybe 2 hugs. It does make me wonder..What if James was Hispanic? What if he was Black or Asian. What woukd be the likelihood that he would not get touched? We already seen Bao and Chapo? is it the name?> the guy with the signs…We seen what happen to them. I think James is able to communicate on the level that they take him as one of their black sheep of the village. I might not be 100% right, but I know there is that element in play.

  3. I recognize that ginger cops hair cut from another video. "Asking cops the same questions they ask." Its the second cop doing the ride-along. He asked if he was being detained. lmfao. He a goat. He even tryed to remember "jeff"(james) by his name when he walked up. Because he recognized him. Lmfao this is gold.

  4. Oakleys: check. 3 Chins: check. Face wider than an 18-wheeler: check. Uncontrollable pig with a massive ego: check. Yeah that checks out, he's a cop alright.

  5. Suppressing free expression in the name of "maintaining order;" so concerned about "keeping the peace" that they forget about the individuals' rights which they are sworn to protect. Law enforcement, you don't get to ignore the first amendment because you feel like it's your duty to quell a "disturbance;" upholding the fundamental rights outlined in the constitution doesn't take a back seat because Karen overheard two men arguing verbally and felt scared / disturbed.

It's so difficult for them to understand that, even though they are responding to a call, sometimes the answer is actually to do nothing. Come to the scene, do your investigation, and if no crime is suspected of having taken place, your job is done. De-escalation is all well-and-good, but you can't threaten to arrest someone for disregarding your unlawful orders to cease communication. Videos like this should be used for training purposes to educate law enforcement officers on how to properly do their jobs.

  6. I played music there and 6 out of ten times we were pulled over after getting our music equipment loaded up, I always had a DD but the harassment was ridiculous, we'd pull out of the club we played and boom….right on our ass follow for about 25-30 seconds and blue lights, I quit playing music there because of that, not like I was making a lot of money anyway I couldn't imagine living there.

  7. Tawakoni and west Tawakoni are terrible speed traps, leave a bar they pull you over for no reason, these police departments have been out of control for 30 years.

  8. Lol cop at the end there is like “get me the hell out of here” “here’s your pen back” here’s this and that I gotta get up outta here. Lmao 😂🤣

  9. Good god these police officers need more training. That Officer with the hat needs physical training as well… that porker couldn't fight me for 5 minutes without gasping and I weigh 150lbs. -.-

  10. The thin blue line discovered a disclaimer at the bottom of the bill of rights.
"The above are null and void if they got a call."

  11. Is that officer hull from the other video. Maybe so, maybe not. All big head fat cops look the same with glasses and crew cuts

  12. My oh my… I keep asking myself how you get yourself into these type of situations, time after time XD
It seems all that's needed to cause a "disturbance" is someone with a camera who "invades" public places and (legally/rightfully) records everything along the way.
Yet only a VERY few seem to know this and/or abide by this law….. while it is SO important for us to know our rights… The world is a rotten place, but luckely there are still a good few (wink) who do their best to set the record straight. Long story short: You're doing God's work.

  13. Do you know what conspiracy to commit a criminal act is? When cops huddle up to halt a citizens rights, they are violating also RICO law statutes. Because they indeed are an organization.. the federal government created such laws to prosecute individuals in an organization as equal to what a singular individual in such an organization does.. they don't realize how many laws they brake daily, but I know this one fact about law enforcement, the individuals tapped to ensure citizens safety are indeed as culpable as any citizen. Citizens rights trump all other rights. When an officer is arrested for malfeasance or criminal charges, they will invoke individual rights to protect against criminal charges.

  14. I think saying he was trying to make it illegal to talk is a huge reach. The officer clearly just didn’t want a fist fight to break out.

  15. It sounds like James is the victim since even the cop said the other guy was acting aggressive in Jame's face and then the guy even challenged James to a fight around back on film
